Delivery within 72-96 hours: €16.00.

Order preparation may take 24 to 72 hours. Once delivered to the courier company, it is estimated that the delivery may take 3 to 4 working days to reach your address.

However, there are situations where your order may take a little longer to arrive:

· Absence at the time of delivery: The courier company usually attempts a second delivery. In case of absence again, the package will be deposited in the corresponding office.
· Orders placed during special offers or promotions such as BLACK FRIDAY, or on Christmas and holidays, may experience delays of one or two working days due to the high volume of work.
· If it is explicitly indicated on the website that the preparation of the order will be delayed, the date of preparation will be specified.
· Changing the delivery address after placing the order: This may result in an additional delay of 1-5 working days, depending on the distance between the addresses.

It is important to note:

Check that the shipping address is correct to avoid additional costs. Any error in the zip code or shipping address may result in a new shipping charge. In the event of a return due to an incorrect address, the value of the purchased products will be refunded, excluding any discounts or special promotions applied, and the customer will be responsible for any additional expenses.
We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses, where deliveries are not possible or if the order is not collected on time. In these cases, the order will be returned and the customer will be required to pay the costs of return and reshipment.
